We will send
you a booking form and will be
pleased to hold your booking for 7 days pending receipt of this completed form and
appropriate payment. Provisional reservations will automatically be cancelled
after this time, without further reference.
Your
reservation is confirmed when we receive your completed booking form and
payment.
If you are
booking your holiday more than 8 weeks in advance you need only send a payment
of one third the rent plus a Deposit of £50 per week booked. The Deposit is
held by us against any telephone calls you make (per BT statement as charged to
us by BT) and any
charges incurred through breakages, damages, additional cleaning etc. This
Deposit (minus charges incurred) will be returned to you after the end of your
holiday. Please be patient as we get the BT statements once a month.
If you
are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday, please send full payment of the rent
plus the Deposit.
We will
confirm your booking within 2 weeks and ask you for the balance 8 weeks
before your holiday.
